Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 30 May 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the ShipStamp desktop application (the “App”) and the ShipStamp website at shipstamp.co.uk (the “Site”). ShipStamp is operated by Wyn Brothers, United Kingdom (“we”, “us”, “ShipStamp”). By downloading, installing, or using the App or Site you agree to these Terms.

1. What ShipStamp does

ShipStamp is a Windows desktop application that connects to email accounts you authorise, reads emails from marketplace platforms (such as Vinted and eBay) to find shipping labels, and sends those labels to your thermal printer. Processing happens locally on your device. Label data is stored on your device only.

Printer compatibility: ShipStamp works with most thermal label printers that accept 100×150 mm (4×6 inch) labels. Not every printer model has been fully verified. We maintain a list of tested printers at shipstamp.co.uk/printers. Label output size is adjustable within the App.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and resident in a country where our service is available. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. ShipStamp uses Google and Microsoft’s official OAuth flows; we never store your email password.

3. Free tier and subscriptions

ShipStamp is available under three tiers:

  • Starter (free): 50 labels on first install, then 10 free labels every calendar month. No payment required.
  • Seller (£9.99/month or £99.90/year): 250 labels per month plus up to 2 trusted forwarder accounts.
  • Full-Time (£24.99/month or £249.90/year): Unlimited labels, unlimited forwarded accounts, and priority support.

Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Paid plans are billed in advance via our payment processor. Annual plans are billed once per year and equate to roughly 10 months’ cost.

A “label” is counted each time ShipStamp sends a shipping label to your printer. Previewing, re-ordering, or cancelling a print job before it reaches the printer does not count.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the App or by emailing support@shipstamp.co.uk. After cancellation you retain access until the end of the current billing period, then revert to the free Starter tier. Your label history and settings are kept.

Under UK consumer law you have a 14-day cooling-off period for digital subscriptions. By using the App within those 14 days you acknowledge that delivery has begun and waive the right to a full refund for the used portion. Any unused subscription time remaining on cancellation within the first 14 days will be refunded proportionally. Contact us at support@shipstamp.co.uk to request a refund.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App;
  • use the App to access email accounts you are not authorised to access;
  • resell, sublicence, or redistribute the App or any part of it;
  • attempt to circumvent label-count limits, licence checks, or other usage controls;
  • use the App in any way that violates applicable law.

6. Intellectual property

The App, Site, logo, and all associated content are owned by or licenced to Wyn Brothers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights. ShipStamp is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Vinted, eBay, Google, or Microsoft. All third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every printer, email provider, or Windows version. Printer compatibility in particular depends on your hardware, drivers, and network configuration. We recommend testing with the free tier before purchasing a subscription.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wyn Brothers is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the App or Site, including missed shipments, failed prints, or courier-related costs. Our total liability to you for direct losses will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK law.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms and explains how we handle your data. The short version: your email content is processed locally on your device and never sent to our servers.

10. Changes to the App or these Terms

We may update the App or these Terms at any time. Material changes to paid-plan terms will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the App after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless you are a consumer with the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
